The Company

We’re working with a growing independent creative PR agency in Central London that is looking to make a key senior hire at Associate Director / Director level.

This is much more than a traditional account leadership role, there is a real opportunity to play a key role in a scaling, brave and straight-talking consumer agency with a close-knit team and opportunities for further growth.

The Role

  • Provide senior strategic leadership across key consumer accounts
  • Build and maintain trusted senior-level client relationships
  • Oversee creative campaign strategy and delivery
  • Ensure consistently high standards across client work

  • Oversee resourcing and the effective running of accounts
  • Work closely with the founder on the day-to-day development of the agency
  • Help shape internal processes, culture and ways of working
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships
  • Play a senior role across new business and pitches
  • Help shape the next stage of the agency’s growth

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
