I’m currently supporting a global financial services leader in the search for an experienced Associate Director to join their Corporate Solutions / Real Assets team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a business known for its scale, ambition and commitment to innovation.
In this role, you’ll take operational leadership of a large, high‑performing team delivering company secretarial, corporate and fund administration services to a portfolio of UK unregulated Real Assets entities. You’ll oversee day‑to‑day operations, drive service excellence, and act as a senior escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the team
- Ensuring high‑quality service delivery
- Managing risk and compliance obligations
- Supporting wider business strategy
You’ll also play a visible role in client engagement, new business proposals, and cross‑jurisdictional collaboration. Acting as a director on client boards may also form part of the remit.

The ideal candidate will bring:
- 10+ years’ experience in corporate or fund services
- Strong technical knowledge of UK company law and regulatory requirements
- A proven ability to lead, motivate and inspire teams
A professional qualification such as CGI/ICSA is preferred.
