Associate Director, Corporate Finance | M&A Lead Advisory
Location: Birmingham
Future_find is partnering with a well-established UK corporate finance advisory practice to appoint an Associate Director into its Birmingham team.
This is a genuine step-up opportunity for an experienced deal-doer. You'd be joining a busy practice with a strong, active client base, which means real, live deal flow from day one rather than starting from a standing start. The focus is execution: leading lower-mid-market transactions (predominantly sell-side) through to completion, with the autonomy to run your own deals and an established senior team around you.

The Role
- Lead and execute corporate finance transactions end-to-end, predominantly sell-side lead advisory.
- Own the detail: IM drafting, financial analysis and valuation, due diligence, SPA and completion mechanics.
- Run client and buyer/investor meetings, and manage the deal process and timetable.
- Mentor and develop junior members of the team.

We'd Like to Hear From You If You're
- A qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent), or QBE with strong corporate finance / lead advisory experience.
- Operating around Associate Director / Senior Manager level (or a strong Manager ready to step up).
- A hands-on, pragmatic, low-ego executor.
- Ambitious to grow toward Director / Partner as the regional team develops.
