Role description:

The Cost and Commercial Assurance service line requires individuals to be able to deliver potentially contentious results and findings in a manner that supports and assists clients. As an Associate Consultant you will need to be able to lead your team by example, be flexible and able to adapt to different client requirements at short notice and happy to travel both throughout the UK and abroad in the pursuit of successful delivery.

Cost and Commercial Assurance is a leading edge, innovative service line, providing high value and insightful outcomes to major clients throughout Arcadis’ Infrastructure and Environment sectors. The successful individual should remain output focused throughout the duration of commissions and able to empathise with our clients’ points of view.

Role accountabilities:

With a successful and expanding service line in place, the CCA team are looking for an individual to work to continue this journey. The successful individual will ideally have experience within a consulting environment, a passion for enhancing the delivery of projects and programmes, as well as the ambition to rapidly take on responsibility and help develop the service line. This is a unique opportunity to lead this established team on the delivery of commissions on large infrastructure programmes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
