Fram is working with a highly regarded debt advisory business that is looking to engage with an Associate Director to join its London team. The firm has strong deal flow and advises financial sponsors, businesses and shareholders across a range of financing situations.

This is a transaction-focused role with significant responsibility for managing deals through the execution process. Working closely with senior colleagues and clients, the successful individual will coordinate the different elements of a transaction, manage timetables and workstreams, and ensure deals progress effectively from initial preparation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and reviewing financial models and transaction materials
  • Managing lender processes
  • Coordinating financial, commercial, and legal due diligence
  • Working extensively with lawyers, funders, and other advisers
  • Reviewing facility documentation
  • Helping clients assess financing structures and lender proposals

Requirements

The firm is open-minded on background. This may appeal to someone currently working within debt advisory, a leveraged finance professional from a bank, or an individual from a Big Four or similar advisory firm who has developed strong experience across debt, financing, or transaction execution. What is important is a good understanding of debt structures and credit, strong financial analysis and modelling skills, and experience coordinating multiple parties through complex transactions.
