It is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence how we bring key offerings to market in one of the most dynamic areas of the industry.
This is well suited to someone with programmatic omnichannel expertise and a strong understanding of the data curation and commerce media ecosystem, who wants to make a clear and measurable impact in a fast-moving, high-priority area of the business.
What You’ll Do
- Partner across supply and demand teams to facilitate deals that exceed revenue and business objectives.
- Support the strategy for PubMatic’s CTV and omnichannel monetisation solutions, informed by market opportunity, customer needs, product capabilities, and competitive differentiation.
- Identify growth areas and differentiated opportunities through existing partnerships with data and commerce media providers.
- Work with finance and analytics teams to track trends and monitor the development of programmatic video spend.
- Support Global Ad Solutions teams in positioning PubMatic as a preferred supply source for CTV and Commerce Media across agencies, advertisers, and DSPs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to gather feedback and requirements from publishers and buyers, helping to inform roadmap discussions and prioritisation of global product needs.
- Partner with product marketing to develop materials that enable Go-To-Market teams to effectively sell PubMatic’s CTV and Commerce Media solutions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
