Associate Director – Digital Infrastructure & Corporate Real Estate Finance
Corporate & Institutional Banking - London
I’m working with an established international bank seeking an Associate Director to help grow its UK digital infrastructure financing business, particularly data centres, while also supporting its corporate real estate finance portfolio.
Joining a small, experienced, and collaborative London team, you’ll have broad involvement across client relationships, origination, structuring, credit, transaction execution, and ongoing portfolio management.
The Opportunity:
- Help develop a strategically important growth area, working with institutional sponsors, infrastructure funds, developers, and operators.
- Work on large, sponsor-backed digital infrastructure and corporate real estate transactions, supported by an established international network.
- Contribute across commercial real estate sectors including offices, logistics, student accommodation, build-to-rent, and hospitality.
- Build experience across the full deal lifecycle, with responsibility tailored to your experience and increasing scope to lead transactions.
- Learn alongside experienced senior bankers who share their knowledge and support your development.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
