JLL | Work Dynamics Consulting | London

Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world-class services, advisory, and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers, and to find a place where they belong. Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.

What you'll be doing

No two projects are the same. You’ll work in highly skilled, cross-functional teams that will stretch you and reward you. Recent projects include:

  • Leading a client's real estate transformation end to end: strategic programme oversight, programme management, FM project management, business and real estate strategies, change management, and pulling in and directing other JLL service lines
  • Developing business cases and working with JLL Technology to build proof-of-concept AI agents that streamline client real estate workflows and cut out inefficiency
  • Designing new target operating models for clients navigating organizational complexity and then embedding the change alongside them
  • Leading the real estate divestment for a client separating part of their business or acquiring a business: untangling the property portfolio, contracts, and obligations tied to the part being divested or streamlined, while the rest of the estate keeps running

What the role looks like at each level:

Associate Director

  • You'll lead delivery on individual engagements and workstreams, start building your own client relationships, and take a growing role in proposals and pitches.
  • You're client-facing, comfortable owning a workstream from start to finish, and ready to shape business development rather than just supporting it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Director

  • You'll own client relationships at a senior level, lead multi-workstream programmes, and help grow the practice: shaping the proposition, winning new work, and building the team around you.
  • You'll be a visible presence with clients and across JLL.

Is this you?

  • You've done hands-on consulting work in corporate real estate: target operating model (TOM) design, FM strategy, location strategy, portfolio strategy, PMO, AI adoption, change management, or something close to it?
  • You'd rather see your recommendations actually happen, even if you're not the one delivering every step?
  • You're comfortable when a problem doesn't arrive pre-labelled. When a client is struggling with the pace of change hitting their business, that's exactly the kind of ambiguity you thrive on.
  • Above all, you're the person clients want in the room when things get messy. Not because you have all the answers, but because you'll help them find the way forward.

If you're going for Director: you've built and grown client relationships yourself, not just delivered against ones others have won. You know the difference between being liked by a client and being trusted by one, and you've been on the right side of that line more often than not.

What you'll get

  • A team that's building something right now, not maintaining a legacy practice.
  • Exposure to some of the biggest occupiers and brands.
  • A voice in how the consulting proposition evolves, rather than a fixed script to deliver against.
  • Colleagues who'll tell you the truth about a deliverable before the client does.
  • And because JLL delivers as well as advises, you’ll see your strategy put into practice across the wider business.
