A leading professional services firm is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join its growing Forensic Technology and eDiscovery practice.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a team that is investing heavily in its eDiscovery capabilities. You'll work with law firms, corporates and investigation teams on complex litigation, regulatory investigations and internal matters while helping shape the future direction of the practice.

The Role
As Associate Director, you will lead complex eDiscovery engagements from initial data collection through to review and production, acting as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the matter lifecycle. You'll work closely with forensic technology, investigations and digital forensics specialists to deliver defensible and innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end eDiscovery engagements.
- Advising clients on workflow design, review strategy and data handling approaches.
- Developing advanced review workflows, including TAR and AI-assisted technologies.
- Managing multiple projects and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
- Mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Supporting business development activities and helping drive the continued growth of the practice.
About You

- Strong hands-on eDiscovery experience.
- Deep expertise with RelativityOne and the EDRM lifecycle.
- Experience designing and managing document review workflows, including TAR and predictive coding.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading delivery teams and managing complex engagements.
- Knowledge of data privacy considerations, including GDPR and cross-border matters.
- Exposure to tools such as Nuix and Microsoft 365 data sources would be advantageous.
