Associate Director (Electrical) Opportunity

This is an opportunity to combine technical excellence, leadership and client engagement within one of the industry's fastest-growing engineering consultancies. As an Associate Director (Electrical), you will help lead the delivery of major engineering programmes while shaping project teams, strengthening client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead electrical engineering teams across major projects.
  • Provide technical review and design assurance.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Support project planning and resource management.
  • Mentor and develop engineering professionals.

  • Promote engineering best practice across teams.

Essential Skills

  • Strong electrical engineering background within consultancy environments.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical review and quality assurance capability.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring experience.
