Associate Director @ Munch
Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 WFH)
Reporting to: Managing Partner
This is not your standard Associate Director role.

What You'll Lead

Strategic client partnerships Be a trusted advisor at the highest level - shaping smart, insight-led PR strategies that align with real business goals and drive meaningful results.

What You Bring
- Strong senior experience in PR/communications (agency side preferred)
- A proven track record of leading strategic, high-impact campaigns
- Excellent instinct for what lands in earned media
- Confidence leading teams, clients, and conversations at senior level
- Commercial awareness across budgets, resourcing, and growth
- Clear, confident communication and sharp organisational skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambitious environment
