We focus on creating an environment that encourages our people to speak up and do the right thing, as well as protecting our customers, the organisation and the integrity of the financial markets in which we operate. • Monitor, track and report the progress on the strategic programmes, ensuring timely updates with the stakeholders
  • Manage the administration of the FS&GEC function including costs, FRP, headcount, hiring, investment, controls and governance, people strategy embedding and communications
  • Work closely with Strategy Execution and Change leads, HR and Finance partners and other stakeholders, coordinating and assisting execution of our strategic priorities
  • Support in organising and managing internal governance meetings, leadership exchange sessions and team offsites
  • Where required, be the interface to other functions and other initiatives across FS&GEC
  • Be part of a high-performing team that effectively manages shifting and conflicting priorities, engagements with multiple senior stakeholders across the globe and delivers required outcomes in a timely manner and at a high quality

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
