Associate Director – Finance Transformation UK | Hybrid

We are supporting a leading UK consulting organisation looking to appoint an Associate Director within its growing Finance Transformation practice.

This role is focused on helping CFOs and Finance teams improve how they plan, forecast, consolidate, report and operate, combining transformation strategy with hands-on programme delivery.

The Role

  • Lead Finance Transformation engagements from initial assessment and design through to implementation.
  • Advise CFOs and Finance leadership teams across FP&A, Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, Consolidation, Financial Close and Reporting.
  • Lead project teams and manage senior client relationships.
  • Support Finance operating model, process improvement and technology-enabled transformation programmes.
  • Contribute to proposals, business development and the continued growth of the practice.
  • Mentor and develop consultants while taking increasing ownership of client accounts.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong Finance Transformation experience within a consulting environment.
  • Manager / Senior Manager / Associate Director level experience.
  • Strong understanding of FP&A, Controllership, Consolidation, Close and/or Reporting transformation.
  • Experience leading transformation programmes and engaging senior Finance stakeholders.
  • Accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to EPM or Finance technology is advantageous, but deep expertise in a specific platform is not required.
  • Experience within Big 4 or another established consulting environment would be particularly relevant.
