Associate Director Fire Engineer – £80K–£100K + Bonus + Hybrid Working

An exciting opportunity for a senior-level Fire Engineer to step into an Associate Director role with a respected and forward-thinking consultancy 🚀. You’ll lead technical delivery across a range of complex and high-profile projects in the UK and internationally, helping shape the future of their fire engineering division.

🔥 Your Role
- Lead fire engineering design and technical delivery across multiple projects
- Oversee QA, technical reviews, and project standardisation
- Mentor and develop engineers and graduates
- Drive innovation, R&D, and continuous improvement
- Build and strengthen client relationships
🧠 What You’ll Need
- MSc (or equivalent) in Fire Engineering
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) or working towards
- Significant consultancy experience
- Strong technical, leadership, and communication skills
- Passion for mentoring and driving technical excellence
