An opportunity for an experienced Fire Safety professional to take a senior leadership role within a growing consultancy, helping develop the fire and building safety offering across the South West & Wales.
The role combines technical delivery, client management, business development and team leadership, with projects across sectors including healthcare, education, residential, defence, commercial and public sector.
The Role
- Lead the regional fire safety and building compliance offering.
- Provide technical advice across fire safety, Building Regulations, passive fire protection and compartmentation.
- Take responsibility for complex fire safety and remediation projects.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and win new business, including bids, tenders and framework opportunities.
- Grow and develop a regional fire safety team.
- Oversee project quality, delivery, resources and financial performance.
- Work closely with the wider national fire safety network and multidisciplinary teams.

About You
- Strong background in fire safety consultancy.
- Good knowledge of fire legislation, Building Regulations and compliance.
- Experience managing complex projects and client relationships.
- Proven leadership and business development experience.
- Relevant degree and recognised industry accreditation/chartership such as MRICS, MIFSM or IFE.
- Level 4 Fire Risk Assessor qualification.

Desirable: Building Safety Act/Principal Designer experience, fire remediation or framework experience, and NEBOSH/IOSH.
