Job Description
Turner & Townsend is looking for an experienced Associate Director to join our growing Industrial & Logistics Cost Management team. This is an opportunity to work on some of the UK's most high-profile industrial, logistics and manufacturing developments, partnering with leading developers, investors and occupiers across projects ranging from refurbishment schemes to major distribution centres, fulfilment hubs and advanced manufacturing facilities.

The Role
As an Associate Director, you'll lead cost management commissions from feasibility through to completion, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and a key leader within the project team.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading the delivery of cost management services across Industrial & Logistics projects.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Preparing and presenting cost plans, reports and commercial advice.
- Managing procurement and tendering processes.
- Controlling project costs, change management and final accounts.
- Supporting and developing junior team members.
- Contributing to the continued growth of the Industrial & Logistics sector.
Qualifications
- Strong cost management experience within the Industrial & Logistics sector.
- Experience delivering warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or industrial developments.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading projects from feasibility through to handover.
- Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
- Experience in procurement, tendering, cost reporting and final account negotiation.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach and a passion for delivering successful projects.
