Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director to join Savills' Operational Capital Markets Hotels team, specialising in hotel leased investment transactions across the UK. Based in London, you will advise hotel owners, operators, institutional investors, private equity firms and international capital partners on the acquisition, disposal and strategic positioning of hotel assets across leased, managed and hybrid operating structures.
This is a highly commercial and transaction-focused role, offering the opportunity to lead complex single-asset and portfolio transactions across the UK hotel sector. Working closely with colleagues across Hotel Capital Markets, Valuation, Corporate Finance, Debt Advisory and the wider Operational Capital Markets platform, you will provide expert transactional and strategic advice supported by robust financial analysis and market insight.
The successful candidate will play a leading role in originating new business opportunities, developing long-term client relationships and executing high-profile investment mandates. You will oversee financial modelling, investment appraisals, due diligence and investor engagement strategies, while advising a broad range of institutional, private equity and owner clients.

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially astute individual with strong hotel investment and capital markets experience, excellent transaction credentials and a proven ability to generate and convert business opportunities. Alongside delivering exceptional client outcomes, you will support the development of junior team members and contribute to market research, thought leadership and wider business planning initiatives.

Team Overview
Savills Hotels forms part of the Operational Capital Markets division, a specialist platform advising across hotels, residential, student accommodation, healthcare, senior living and other operational real estate sectors. The Hotels team combines hotel market expertise with capital markets, corporate finance and debt advisory capabilities, providing clients with market-leading transactional, consultancy and financing advice across the UK and EMEA. Based within a 150-person OCM platform, the team benefits from Savills' global network and investor reach
