We're looking for an Associate Director to join the People in Deals team in London, supporting the Professional Services sector. This role focuses on managing human resources aspects of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), ensuring smooth transitions and effective people strategies.

Description

  • Provide expert advice on people-related matters in M&A transactions.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective people strategies.
  • Lead due diligence processes, identifying key risks and opportunities.
  • Support integration planning and execution to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Deliver insights on organisational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align people strategies with business goals.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Stay updated on market trends and best practices in M&A and human resources.

  • Strong experience in human resources, particularly in M&A.

  • Salary ranging from £90,000 to £100,000, dependent on the level of experience.
