Unio Search Partnership Opportunity
Unio Search have partnered with an established high growth CRO who are looking for an experienced scientific leader to head up their Immunoassay bioanalysis team in the UK.
This is a senior leadership opportunity combining scientific expertise with people leadership, operational responsibility and commercial accountability. It's a great opportunity for an experienced bioanalytical leader looking to take ownership of a key scientific function and help shape its future growth.

- Strong scientific expertise within Immunoassay Bioanalysis
- Experience leading and developing high-performing scientific teams
- Strong understanding of GLP and GCP regulatory environments
- Experience managing operational delivery, resources and capacity
- Commercial acumen with responsibility for financial, profitability and KPI targets
- Experience supporting client relationships and working closely with Business Development
