Associate Director in our Influencer Team

So you’re interested in becoming an Associate Director in our Influencer team? Let's dive into what that means:

As an Associate Director, you’ll help shape ambitious influencer work and lead its delivery for clients. You’ll help define campaign objectives and measure success and impact against overall campaign goals and wider client KPIs, leading and supporting your activation team to bring great work to life. You’ll be responsible for the commercial scope of works for your clients, driving profitability, cross-sell and repeat revenue, while actively identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. You’ll also create and champion innovative new ideas, challenging clients to think differently and applying our test and learn approach to create work that delivers.

In this role you will:

  • Lead the delivery of highly successful Influencer campaigns that outperform KPIs, deliver against client objectives and create long-term value, bringing your expertise to every brief.
  • Drive client growth, identifying opportunities for repeat business, cross-sell and turning new clients into long-term partnerships.
  • Be a trusted expert and senior day-to-day client partner, building strong relationships through regular facetime.
  • Champion best practice, processes and guidelines, driving continual improvement, greater efficiency and higher quality across the practice.
  • Own the commercial performance of your team, managing scopes and profitability against internal guidelines and targets.
  • Lead and develop others across the practice, raising the standard of Influencer expertise across your team.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong Influencer expertise with 6+ years’ experience and a genuine passion for creators, culture and social.
  • Has a track record of creating Influencer campaigns that get people talking and deliver results.
  • Is naturally curious, commercially minded and switched on to what’s happening online.
  • Is confident, dynamic and authentic, with the energy to build great client relationships and sell an idea.
  • Is ambitious and driven to grow client relationships, spot opportunities and win new business.
  • Has a good understanding of how Influencer works with other channels to drive greater impact.
  • Is passionate about developing others and raising the bar for Influencer expertise.
  • Is a great presenter and storyteller, comfortable with data and strong on detail and delivery.
