Our client, a prestigious and well-established real estate agency who have a fantastic reputation across Prime Central London is seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director to join one of their Prime seats.

This role will be centered on your sales pipeline, working closely with your clients, however you will be working closely with the Office Head developing market share. Our client is seeking a candidate who has previous Central London experience and has a track record winning market appraisals and handling the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers.
  • Negotiate sales terms and offers.
  • Provide expert advice to buyers, sellers and your network.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience at a Senior Negotiator or Valuer level.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a client-focused mindset.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.

Our client, is well positioned and they see this as an important hire to their Prime team. This opportunity will be paying up to a £45k Basic Salary + Tiered Commissions & a competitive OTE.
