The Role
As Associate Director within the Lease Advisory team, you will play a central role in delivering landlord & tenant advice across a national portfolio, while helping to drive the team's growth and reputation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading on rent review and lease renewal instructions across a national client base
- Supporting wider lease and asset management opportunities
- Inspecting and measuring assets, and gathering robust comparable evidence
- Preparing client schedules, lease event reports, and client-facing advice
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, opposing advisors, and colleagues
- Playing an active part in the growth and strategic direction of the Lease Advisory team
- Identifying and securing new instructions from existing and new clients
- Supporting senior Partners on larger instructions, key client relationships, and business generation
- Collaborating with wider commercial teams to develop new fee opportunities and maintain a joined-up client offering
- Championing the Lease Advisory team's profile both internally and in the wider market

About You
We're looking for a technically strong, commercially minded Landlord & Tenant professional who is ready to take on real ownership and help build something.
You will ideally have:
- Chartered MRICS status
- Extensive post-qualification experience in Landlord & Tenant work
- A recognised specialism in landlord & tenant matters
- Strong business development skills and existing industry contacts
- A proven track record of managing and growing client relationships
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills
- A proactive, self-driven approach to identifying new opportunities
