We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Market Integration.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery, adoption and embedding of change across CIB markets/regions, ensuring transitions are strategically aligned and executed with strong governance and disciplined delivery. You’ll drive market-level migrations and readiness activities, and global-scale change initiatives spanning multiple geographies and stakeholder groups. You’ll champion innovation and technology adoption to improve outcomes, and ensure programmes and projects align to the HSBC Change Framework, including appropriate project discipline and programme governance.

- Lead the delivery, adoption and embedding of change across CIB markets/regions
- Manage ambiguity in an environment of changing priorities and complex organization construct, while remaining aligned to Group strategy and values
- Manage complex requirements across multiple markets and stakeholder groups
- Control projects to meet exacting timescales and quality expectations
- Work with highly technical systems/processes that require specialist knowledge to implement change effectively
- Simplify to Amplify: cut through noise, removing duplication, and make decisions with imperfect information—without compromising risk and control
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Strong understanding of Credit and Lending products, operations, strategy and processes
- Excellent navigation, engagement and stakeholder management skills
- Innovative, proactive with a strong can-do mind-set
- Effective communication skills with the ability to share and present complex information in a clear, concise and accurate way
- Sound change and transformation experience with familiarity with our change framework
- Experience of leading global-scale initiatives across multiple geographies
- Relationships with CIB Frontline, Risk, and senior stakeholders, or demonstrable experience building these partnerships in other organisations
- The ability to Simplify to Amplify: streamline processes, clarify decision points, and drive standardisation
