Quantitative Associate Director – Brave, Strategic, Great Culture

Central London (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office)
£52,000 - £62,000 + benefits

We are delighted to be partnering with a dynamic, award-winning insights consultancy as they look to add a Quantitative Associate Director to their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established insight business, working across a fascinating portfolio of clients. The focus will be on consumer research with a little social and B2B for some extra spice!

The Role

You'll be joining a busy and successful team, working on a mix of bespoke ad hoc and tracking projects. This role would suit someone with a strong grounding in quant research who enjoys getting into the detail of the data, digging into issues, and ensuring the highest standards of data quality throughout.

You'll take the lead on projects end to end, from proposal and pitch through to delivery of clear, actionable, and genuinely insightful reporting. Strong client relationship skills are essential — our client is looking for someone who can grow existing accounts and contribute to new business alongside the wider team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
