Associate Director, Mixed Use Property Management | London | six figure financial package
We are partnered with one of the market leading Property Management businesses on an Associate Director appointment within their Large Complex Estates team.
The successful individual will take a senior role on one of London's most significant residential led mixed use estates, working directly with a major institutional owner and developer.
The estate combines a large leasehold residential community with retail, food and beverage, leisure and extensive public realm, creating an opportunity that goes significantly beyond traditional residential Property Management.
Importantly, the position sits within the Commercial Property Management business, giving someone with strong residential or mixed use experience the opportunity to broaden their commercial exposure and move into a more strategic client facing position.

We are particularly interested in people who have managed major residential developments, mixed use estates or large complex schemes.
You will need a strong understanding of residential leasehold management alongside the commercial awareness and stakeholder skills required to manage retail, food and beverage, public realm and wider estate operations.
This could be an excellent move for someone currently working within a major residential developer, estate owner, managing agent or mixed use platform who wants to move into a broader commercial environment without losing their residential expertise.
