New Homes Sales — Associate / Associate Director
Birmingham | £35,000-£45,000 basic + car allowance + team commission

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading property consultancy for an ambitious estate agent to join its most successful team within the division.
Based in Birmingham, you’ll work with independent developers through to PLC housebuilders, representing homes from £200,000 to £4 million across the Midlands and into the North Cotswolds.
The preference is to appoint at Associate level, with Associate Director considered for someone bringing greater experience.
The opportunity
- Join a close-knit team with a strong pipeline and play a key role in selling new-build and refurbished developments.
- You’ll combine hands-on sales with developer relationships, marketing input and commercially informed advice.
- Take ownership of allocated developments and their sales performance.
- Manage buyers from initial enquiry and viewing through to reservation, exchange and completion.
- Advise developers on pricing, buyer feedback and sales strategy.
- Help deliver launches and marketing campaigns that generate enquiries.
- Build relationships with purchasers, developers and professional advisers.
- Support junior colleagues and contribute to pitches and new business.

Who We’re Looking For
- You must have estate agency experience, ideally with around three to five years in a relevant sales role. New homes experience is an advantage, but strong residential sales experience will also be considered.
- You’ll be a confident negotiator, commercially aware and organised enough to manage multiple developments and relationships.
- Above all, you’ll bring the drive to win business, progress sales and contribute to a successful team.
The package
- £35,000-£45,000 basic salary, depending on experience and appointment level.
- £5,400 car allowance at Associate level.
- Team-based commission.
- Training, development and the opportunity to grow within an established consultancy.
