At Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), we're building a culture where people are empowered to solve problems, continuously improve and deliver sustainable results. We're looking for an experienced Associate Director, OE Continuous Improvement Lead to lead the global Continuous Improvement Culture & Capability pillar within our One Operational Excellence (One OE) System.
This is a unique opportunity to shape how leaders and teams across our manufacturing network develop Lean capabilities, embrace coaching behaviours and build a high-performance, continuous improvement culture.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and evolve the global CI Culture & Capability pillar within the One OE System.
- Develop enterprise-wide learning pathways, capability frameworks and coaching approaches.
- Champion Lean methodologies including Kaizen, PDCA, Hoisin, Value Stream Mapping and performance routines.
- Build leadership capability by coaching senior leaders and helping teams move from firefighting to structured problem solving.
- Design and deploy global train-the-trainer programmes and capability-building solutions.
- Embed coaching, servant leadership and continuous improvement behaviours across the organisation.
- Create systems for best-practice sharing, learning and capability development across markets.
- Partner with business leaders to drive sustainable cultural and performance transformation.
- Lead large-scale cultural transformation and help leaders move from firefighting to structured problem solving, coaching and sustainable performance improvement.

What You'll Bring:
- Significant experience in Operational Excellence, Lean, Continuous Improvement, manufacturing transformation or organisational capability development.
- Proven success leading large-scale Lean or culture transformation programmes across multiple sites, regions or countries.
- Strong knowledge of Lean management systems, coaching, problem solving and performance improvement methodologies.
- Experience developing capability frameworks, learning programmes and leadership development initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change across complex matrix organisations.
- A passion for developing people, building capability and creating lasting cultural change.
- Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, Organisational Development or a related discipline.
- Lean/Six Sigma certification desirable.
- Coaching, facilitation or leadership development certification advantageous.
- TPM, World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or equivalent OE system experience beneficial.
