Position:
This is a career defining opportunity to join as associate director and lead the interiors division of a multi award winning design firm. In a hands on management role you will be overseeing teams across a wide variety of hospitality projects whilst managing the operational running of the division and drawing upon your connections and experience to win new business and drive growth. As a strategic hire you will inspire success in others, embody the company’s ethos and relish the opportunity to commit long-term to a shared vision.
Candidate:
- Qualified interior architect, designer or architect with a strong affinity to interiors
- Outstanding career record with significant industry experience operating at senior leadership level
- A portfolio defined by beautifully crafted luxury hospitality and/or F&B projects
- Client facing with excellent communication, presentation and pitching skills
- Creative and pragmatic with an acute attention to detail and rigorous approach to design and detailing
- Commercially minded with skills suited to management and operations
- Confident and passionate about cultivating relationships and winning new work

Studio:
Established nearing 30 years ago, this is an excellent time to join one of London’s most prestigious design names as they make a new key hire to lead a growing department. They have already built a reputation for meticulously crafted buildings and spaces which have won them AJ, RIBA National and FX awards, and are now committed to expanding their interiors offering within the high end hospitality, members clubs, F&B and retail sectors. Their rigorous design process focuses on research, design interrogation, material testing and prototyping enabling them to realise material rich and contextual spaces that are impactful and enhance human experience.
