Job Title
This is a newly created role designed to further elevate our organisational capability and strengthen Home Instead’s position as a market leader in quality and care excellence.
About the Role
Reporting to our Director of Care & Quality, you will be a senior leader and strategic deputy, transforming how quality, innovation, technology and insight combine to deliver outstanding care and better client outcomes across the Home Instead network.
Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver our national Quality and Care Excellence Strategy
- Lead and develop a high-performing Quality and Standards team
- Transform quality oversight through technology, data and predictive insight
- Anticipate regulatory and sector change across the four UK nations
- Turn evidence and insight into scalable improvements
- Explore new care models and technology-enabled services
- Connect client outcomes with franchise performance, brand trust and growth

Requirements
We’re looking for an ambitious health or social care leader with significant experience in regulated services, quality governance and large-scale transformation.
