About LivGreen
LivGreen is a specialist retrofit contractor delivering end-to-end decarbonisation projects for social housing landlords. We work in partnership with housing associations and local authorities to retrofit homes at scale, improving energy efficiency and reducing carbon emissions.
The Role
We're looking for an Associate Director of Sales to lead business development across our Northern England territory. You'll be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of new social housing landlord customers, while also directly managing a team of 2 salespeople operating in the same region. This is very much a lead-from-the-front role someone who can win deals themselves while helping your team grow alongside you.
This role is based full-time from an office rather than home/remote working, with Bristol or Nottingham our preferred locations. We have a number of satellite offices, so if another location would work better for you, we're happy to discuss this in more detail. Regular travel across the North of England will also be required to meet clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
