An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate Sales Director to join a successful residential estate agency in Canary Wharf. This is a leadership role suited to an ambitious property professional with a proven ability to inspire teams and drive business performance.
Job Title: Associate Sales Director

Salary: OTE £130,000 per annum
Position: Permanent, Full-Time

Working closely with senior management, you will lead and develop a busy residential sales department, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong operational standards, and continued business growth.
You will play a key role in mentoring your team, winning new business, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping to shape the ongoing success of the branch through effective leadership and commercial awareness.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as an Associate Sales Director:
- Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing residential sales team
- Winning new instructions and supporting business development activities
- Monitoring branch performance and implementing strategies to drive results
- Coaching and mentoring colleagues to maximize individual and team success
- Ensuring compliance with industry legislation, company procedures, and service standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developers, and business partners
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in a senior residential sales leadership role
- Strong track record of winning instructions and growing market share
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Commercially minded with strong business development ability
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using estate agency CRM systems, ideally Reapit
- Full UK driving licence preferred
