About the Team & the Role
Welcome to an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact paid social strategies for a dynamic, top-tier client. As the Associate Director of Paid Social, you will take the reins on innovative campaigns across major platforms, translating complex business objectives into tailored, high-performing social strategies that drive both engagement and conversion.
In this six-week contract, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients while championing a talented team of social media specialists. You will not only oversee the day-to-day execution but also ensure every campaign is rigorously optimized to exceed expectations, all while staying ahead of the ever-evolving social media landscape.

What You Will Do
Strategic Client Leadership
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to deeply understand and align with their overarching business goals.
- Develop, present, and lead innovative, full-funnel paid social strategies tailored to specific client objectives.
Campaign Management & Analytics
- Monitor, analyze, and report on live campaign performance, making agile adjustments to maximize ROI and hit KPIs.
- Utilize advanced social media management and analytics tools to distill complex data sets into actionable, strategic insights.
Team Mentorship & Operations
- Supervise, guide, and mentor a team of social media specialists to foster growth and ensure high-quality output.
- Maintain a pulse on the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices, integrating them into the team's daily workflows.

What You Bring to the Table
- Paid Social Mastery: Proven track record in successfully managing, scaling, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to analyze performance data, interpret metrics, and derive actionable insights to fuel continuous campaign optimization.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a history of effectively mentoring teams and advising senior clients.
- Tool Proficiency: Strong familiarity with industry-standard social media management platforms and analytics dashboards.
