"Nothing About Us Without Us"

At CSL, we believe that patients are more than participants in clinical research. They are partners in the development of life-changing therapies. Our Patient Engagement team is dedicated to ensuring that the patient voice is embedded throughout the drug development journey, helping us design clinical programs that are more meaningful, accessible, and responsive to the needs of those we serve.

As a Patient Engagement Lead, you will have the unique opportunity to influence the future of clinical development by bringing patient perspectives directly into decision-making. Working across global, cross-functional teams, you will gather and translate patient insights into actionable recommendations that shape clinical development plans, protocol design, and participant experiences.

You will partner closely with patient organizations, advocacy groups, patients, caregivers, and internal stakeholders to conduct advisory boards and other engagement activities that inform study design and patient-facing materials. Your work will help ensure that clinical trials are designed with patients, not just for patients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
