Associate Director / Principal Consultant
Manchester, Ancoats
Basic Salary up to £50,000, OTE £85,000

At Get Recruited, we're looking for an accomplished recruitment professional who enjoys winning business, building lasting client relationships and developing a successful specialist desk.
We're a small, established recruitment business based in Ancoats, Manchester, working with clients across the UK in Insurance, Finance & Accounts, Marketing & Digital, Commercial, and Manufacturing & Engineering.
As we grow, we're looking for an experienced recruiter who wants to contribute to our commercial direction, bring ideas to the table and build a long-term career with us.
The opportunity:
- You'll take ownership of a specialist desk, developing new client relationships, growing existing accounts and building a strong reputation within your market.
- Alongside managing the full recruitment process, you'll identify opportunities for growth, develop key accounts and become a trusted adviser to clients on their hiring needs.
- You'll work closely with the leadership team, contribute to how we develop the business and help set the standard for recruitment delivery and client service.
- There will also be opportunities to share your experience and support the development of colleagues.

We're open to discussing either a Principal Consultant or Associate Director appointment, depending on your experience and ambitions.
What you can expect:
- Basic salary of up to £50,000 and OTE of £85,000.
- Ownership of a specialist desk, with scope to develop your market and client base.

About you:
- You're an experienced 360 agency recruiter with a proven track record of winning business and delivering consistent billing performance.
- You can build lasting client relationships, develop accounts and identify new commercial opportunities.
- Experience in one of our markets would be useful, but we're equally interested in recruiters who can demonstrate how they would transfer their expertise into a new specialism.
- You're comfortable taking ownership, contributing ideas and leading by example.
- You take pride in delivering a high standard of service and are motivated by the opportunity to influence both your own success and the wider business.
