🔍 Associate Director – Print (Publishing) | London | £40,000–£45,000 | Hybrid

I'm partnering with a leading network agency in London to find an Associate Director, Publishing, to join their offline/print media team. This is an excellent opportunity for a genuine print specialist to step into a senior role within a highly respected network agency, with the chance to broaden into audio too.

🏢 About the Role

This role sits within a small, tight-knit team specialising in print and audio media. The team is currently stretched thin on print expertise, so they're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and genuinely own that space — not someone looking to be upskilled into it. You'll be working across a mix of accounts spanning transport, automotive and other well-known consumer brands, planning and buying across print, with the opportunity to pick up audio campaigns as you settle in.

📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of print planning and buying across a portfolio of client accounts
  • Act as the go-to print specialist within a small team, providing expertise the rest of the team can rely on
  • Support and eventually plan/buy audio campaigns, with training provided
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media owners and publishers
  • Present media strategy and recommendations confidently to clients
  • Collaborate closely with the wider account team and Director-level leadership
  • Manage campaign delivery, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and strong client outcomes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
