ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is a senior, 18-month fixed-term production role within the Non-Fiction team at Audible. You will lead the end-to-end production of a defined slate of premium, format-led non-fiction audio titles — pushing creative and editorial boundaries to set new standards for the genre. - Develop and deliver new production formats that demonstrably advance the creative ambition of Audible's non-fiction output.
- Establish innovative production approaches for non-fiction audio, delivering a documented framework that can be adopted by the wider team at project close
- Manage high-profile talent relationships with authority, credibility, and emotional intelligence
- Provide creative input and editorial feedback across factual and non-fiction genres
- Collaborate with internal teams including Production Support, Business Affairs, Marketing, and Commissioning

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
