An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading independent consultancy specialising in the delivery of complex real estate, workplace and capital programmes for corporate clients across the UK and internationally.

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director or Director to support the successful delivery of large-scale programmes, providing strategic oversight across multiple workstreams and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

This is a programme leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving problems and can bring clarity, structure and governance to large, multi-disciplinary programmes.

Working closely with Programme Directors and senior client stakeholders, you will provide programme-wide oversight, ensuring projects remain aligned, risks are proactively managed and delivery teams are working towards common objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership across multiple programme workstreams.
  • Managing programme governance and reporting.
  • Identifying and managing interdependencies between workstreams.
  • Maintaining and driving RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) management.
  • Producing executive-level reporting and programme status updates.
  • Monitoring programme milestones and critical delivery deadlines.
  • Facilitating governance meetings and driving actions through to completion.
  • Escalating key programme risks and supporting timely decision making.
  • Removing delivery blockers and ensuring programmes continue to progress.
  • Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
