Role Overview

At Savills, we help organisations thrive through places and spaces. As part of our Global Occupier Services Strategic Consulting team, we partner with leading occupiers to solve complex real estate, workplace and business transformation challenges across the UK and EMEA.

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Programme Management to lead the design, mobilisation and delivery of high-profile transformation programmes that create measurable business value for our clients. Working at the intersection of strategy, delivery and consulting, you will advise senior stakeholders, shape innovative solutions and establish the governance, operating models and delivery frameworks needed to turn ambitious visions into successful outcomes.

This is a highly visible role that combines programme leadership with business development. You will contribute to winning new work through compelling proposals and tender responses, build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities to expand our advisory services.

The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of leading complex transformation or real estate programmes, exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
