The project: Mace will be playing a key role in supporting the future of UK nuclear infrastructure. We are searching for motivated and driven individuals to help steer our team in an exciting period of growth. You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Managing PMO and Project Controls delivery, ensuring strong governance, performance management, and successful outcomes across assigned commissions.
  • Developing and implementing robust controls frameworks, managing cost, schedule, risk, change, and reporting.
  • Builds trusted client relationships, providing strategic advice and subject matter expertise.
  • Developing high-performing teams, champions best practice, supports net zero goals, and drives continuous improvement.
  • Championing a culture of safety, quality, sustainability, and inclusion, ensuring compliance and wellbeing remain at the heart of delivery.
  • Directing strategic PMO and Project Controls delivery, providing expert guidance, and driving successful client outcomes.
  • Shaping business strategy, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and promoting best-in-class service excellence.
  • Developing high-performing teams through mentoring, talent development, innovation, and knowledge sharing.

You’ll Need To Have

  • Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
  • Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the infrastructure sector.
  • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
  • Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
  • Experience of working client-side as well as within a consultancy.
