At Siemens Financial Services (SFS), the financing arm of Siemens AG, we combine financial expertise with advanced technology and industry knowledge to deliver solutions that truly make a difference. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic and growing Loan Syndication function in the EMEA region, focusing on Project and Structured Finance. Based in London and reporting to the Head of Syndication, you will spearhead distribution strategies, manage syndication processes, and engage deeply with the loan syndication market to drive complex project finance transactions.
You'll Create Impact By:
- Representing the Syndication function at Siemens Bank, contributing to the business's strategy to meet profitability, proximity, resilience, and sustainability goals.
- Shaping syndication strategies for projects across EMEA, leveraging your extensive network of institutional investors and banks to define key liquidity pools.
- Collaborating closely with Origination and deal teams to structure deals optimised for syndication while assessing new opportunities with market-backed insights.
- Crafting underwriting opinions and building strong risk transition strategies by feeding actionable market intelligence through engagements with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Driving execution for secondary loans to manage portfolio rotation and mitigate concentration risks effectively.
- Developing engaging Quarterly Syndications newsletters that inform senior stakeholders about the latest market trends and provide syndication highlights.
- Proactively building relationships with external stakeholders, establishing Siemens Syndications as a trusted market participant.

Your Success Is Grounded In:
- Specialised Expertise: Relevant experience working in loan syndication or related banking/project finance roles, and familiarity with structured products and project finance.
- Strong Networks: A proven track record of engaging with senior investors and financial entities, leveraging relationships for actionable syndication strategies.
- Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of complex loan structures and hybrid debt models alongside qualifications such as a degree in finance, banking, MBA, or CFA.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional presentation capabilities and stakeholder management experience - ready to influence executive management and cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
