Associate Director – Project Management | Central London
A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking for an Associate Director to join its Project Management team, taking a "number 2" role on two major live schemes.
Projects
- A sustainability-led retrofit of a historic office building in the heart of legal London - a technically demanding, heritage-sensitive re-use project delivering premium Grade A space in one of the City's most prestigious locations.
- A large-scale transformation of an existing building south of the river, immediately adjacent to one of London's busiest transport interchanges - substantially increasing the scheme's footprint as it moves from planning into delivery.

What you'll bring:
- Strong project management delivery experience on complex commercial refurbishment, retrofit schemes, or new build schemes.
- MRICS / MAPM (or working towards).
- A track record managing senior stakeholders and clients on high-value, high-profile projects.
- Ambition to progress to Director level within a highly regarded consultancy.
