Join a High-Growth Property & Asset Management Consultancy

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Associate Director to join one of the UK's fastest-growing property and asset management consultancies.

With a strong national network of offices, including a flagship London presence, our client has built an outstanding reputation for delivering strategic property and asset management advice to a prestigious portfolio of institutional investors, property companies, funds, and private clients.

This is a career-defining role offering significant exposure to high-profile clients and some of the UK's most prominent mixed-use and commercial assets. You'll work closely with senior leadership, influence key client relationships, and play an integral role in the continued growth of the business.

The Role

As Associate Director within the Property Management team, you will take responsibility for the strategic management of a diverse commercial portfolio, delivering exceptional service while identifying opportunities to add value for clients.

  • Leading the day-to-day management of a varied mixed commercial portfolio.
  • Acting as the senior point of contact for a range of high-profile clients and stakeholders.
  • Developing and strengthening long-term client relationships through proactive asset and property management.
  • Providing strategic advice to maximise asset performance and income.
  • Working collaboratively with asset management, agency, building consultancy and professional teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the property management division.
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members while helping shape best practice across the business.

About You

We're looking for an experienced property management professional who combines strong technical expertise with commercial awareness and a genuine passion for client service.

You will ideally have:

  • Significant experience managing mixed commercial property portfolios.
  • MRICS qualification (preferred).
  • A proven track record of managing key client relationships.
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to enhance portfolio performance.
  • The ambition to help grow a successful, entrepreneurial consultancy.
