Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Director to join our Large Complex Estates team, responsible for delivering best-in-class property management services across a portfolio of prestigious mixed-use assets.
Working closely with clients, occupiers, residents, facilities management teams, and wider Savills specialists, you will play a key role in the strategic and day-to-day management of complex estates comprising commercial, residential, retail, leisure, and public realm environments.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships, driving operational excellence, overseeing financial performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across your portfolio.
This is an outstanding opportunity to act as the lead relationship manager for one of the market's most prominent regeneration landlords, providing a platform to further strengthen both your personal profile and the Savills brand. The role carries significant responsibility for client relationship management, including the preparation and delivery of client reporting, leading PMA renewals, monitoring and reporting against key performance indicators, and identifying opportunities to add value across the portfolio.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
