We're looking for a fantastic human to join our global team based in London.

This is a great opportunity for a quantitative specialist with around 7+ years of experience, looking to take the lead on global projects, work directly with clients, and contribute to the future of a growing team.

You’ll play a senior role in delivering impactful research - from design and analysis to storytelling and strategic thinking. You’ll also help shape team culture, mentor junior talent, and collaborate closely with colleagues across the US and UK.

The Role

  • Lead end-to-end quantitative research projects, from proposal and questionnaire design to analysis and debrief
  • Deliver clear, visual, and impactful insights that drive action for our clients
  • Manage and grow client relationships, including large global accounts
  • Collaborate with mixed-methods teams and support integration of quant with qual insights
  • Mentor junior researchers and contribute to team learning and development
  • Help shape the culture and direction of the company as we grow

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years of professional research experience, ideally in an agency or consultancy setting
  • Strong quantitative skills - from questionnaire development through to analysis and reporting
  • Able to turn complex quantitative data into a clear, compelling narrative
  • Experience leading large-scale, global research projects
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across time zones
  • Passion for creativity, insight, and making a real-world impact
  • A sense of humour and a human approach - we like to have fun while we work!
  • Someone who can attend our lovely offices 3 days per week aligned to our hybrid working approach
