Associate Director – Real Estate Debt Advisory

Locations: Manchester & Birmingham
Salary: £90,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus (£200,000+ OTE)

We're partnering with a highly respected real estate debt advisory business that is expanding its presence across the UK. With a strong reputation in commercial real estate finance, development funding, bridging finance and structured capital solutions, the firm is seeking an Associate Director to drive growth.

This is an opportunity to join a specialist advisory platform where you'll have the freedom to develop your own client relationships, originate transactions and build a significant revenue stream, supported by an established lender, investor and introducer network.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for originating, structuring and executing real estate finance transactions for property investors, developers and commercial clients across a broad range of asset classes.

  • Working closely with an extensive panel of banks, debt funds, alternative lenders, family offices and equity providers, you'll advise clients on the most effective funding solutions while managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
