The Tech desk focuses on Product, Data and Engineering - mid to senior mandates, Heads of, VPs, C-suite. VC, PE and growth equity client base. 60% of work generated through internal network referrals. Average fees £30-60k. Expect to bill £350k+ at this level, commission up to 38%.
What you're walking into:
- Live retained client base, warm network, not starting from scratch
- Strong existing Product practice - looking to build the same across Data and Engineering
- Mix of retained search and project work
- 2 days Covent Garden, 3 days remote
- Private healthcare, pension, marketing and events support
- Clear path to leadership
