About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Negotiator to join our highly established and successful Prime Central London residential sales team based in Covent Garden. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious property professional to sell across a diverse portfolio of both Prime Central London agency stock and New Homes developments.

The successful candidate will bring energy, dynamism and a proven ability to deliver results within London's most competitive and prestigious residential markets. They will be joining a respected, high-performing team with a strong market presence and a reputation for excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Prime Central London buyers and vendors.
  • Conduct viewings and negotiate sales across both agency and New Homes stock.
  • Generate, nurture and convert buyer enquiries into successful transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth domestic and international clients.
  • Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing and sales strategies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across residential sales, new homes and associated business lines.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Prime Central London market.
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline management through the company's CRM system.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 3 years' residential sales experience within Prime Central London.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling residential property in the Prime Central London market.
  • Strong understanding of Prime Central London buyers and market dynamics.
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional and confident approach when working with high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong commercial awareness and results-driven mindset.
  • Highly motivated, ambitious and target-focused.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong network of contacts within the Prime Central London residential market.
  • Experience selling both Agency and New Homes stock (preferred).
  • Block sales experience and the ability to manage bulk disposal transactions (preferred).
