We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Workstream Lead to shape and lead complex Oracle-enabled transformation programmes. As an Associate Director and Senior Finance Workstream Lead, you will provide strategic leadership across large-scale Oracle Finance Transformation programmes, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
You will be accountable for shaping the Finance transformation vision, leading complex business and technology change initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise-wide Finance outcomes enabled through Oracle Cloud.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Lead the overall Finance transformation agenda across large-scale Oracle Finance Transformation programmes.
- Serve as the senior Finance advisor to CFOs, Finance Directors and executive stakeholders.
- Define and govern Finance transformation strategy, operating model, process design and business outcomes.
- Lead multiple Finance workstreams including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany, Tax, Expenses, Collections and Project Financial Management.
- Provide leadership and direction to Finance workstream leads, Solution Architects and senior business stakeholders.
- Drive executive-level decision-making and resolution of complex cross-functional business, process, controls and data challenges.
- Establish programme-wide governance, design authority and quality assurance frameworks across the Finance domain.
- Partner with Programme Directors and client leadership teams to manage scope, priorities, value delivery and transformation outcomes.
- Lead Finance transformation roadmaps, business case development and benefits realisation.
- Drive standardisation and adoption of Oracle Cloud leading practices across complex organisations.
- Ensure Finance controls, governance, compliance and audit requirements are embedded throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Sponsor Finance data migration, testing, business readiness, cutover and deployment activities.
- Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence, automation and advanced analytics to improve Finance performance and decision-making.
- Lead Deloitte client relationships within strategic Oracle accounts and identify opportunities for further transformation.
- Contribute to business development activities, proposal leadership, thought leadership and growth of Deloitte's Oracle Finance Transformation practice.
- Mentor and develop future Finance leaders across the practice.

This role offers the opportunity to influence some of Deloitte's largest and most strategic Oracle engagements while shaping the future direction of Finance transformation, Oracle Cloud and AI-enabled business change.

Essentials:
- Strong experience delivering Finance Transformation and Oracle ERP programmes.
- Proven track record leading enterprise-wide Finance transformations for large and complex organisations.
- Significant experience engaging and influencing CFO, Finance Director and C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience defining Finance transformation strategies, target operating models and business-led transformation roadmaps.
- Strong experience leading transformations across Oracle Cloud Finance including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany and Tax.
- Strong understanding of Finance governance, internal controls, risk management and compliance frameworks.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Experience overseeing large, multidisciplinary programme teams across multiple workstreams.
- Ability to lead complex transformation programmes involving business process redesign, organisation change and technology implementation.
- Proven experience partnering with Solution Architects to define solution architecture and integrated business solutions.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting account growth, sales and business development activities.
- Excellent executive stakeholder management skills and proven ability to influence strategic decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively at Board, Executive Committee and Steering Committee level.
- Experience leading Finance transformation across global and multi-country organisations.
- Practical understanding of Artificial Intelligence and emerging Oracle capabilities with the ability to identify transformative opportunities across Finance.
- Ability to travel when essential.
