About the Role
The Associate Director, Solution Consulting is responsible for supporting the implementation and delivery of commercial strategy by aligning Signant Health's product portfolio and services with customer needs. In this junior consulting role, you will develop deep eClinical expertise, enhance your consulting and communication skills, and build collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams to support business growth and customer success. Reporting to the Executive Director, Customer Solutions, you'll serve as an emerging trusted advisor in the eClinical industry, focused on driving adoption of Signant Health's solutions and building lasting customer relationships.
What you will do
- Support the alignment of Signant Health's solutions with customer needs by helping develop strategies and value propositions that drive business growth and adoption of our eClinical offerings.
- Develop skills as an eClinical consultant, partnering with Business Development to support sales cycles, proposal development, and commercial growth initiatives.
- Build expertise in Signant Health's product portfolio (RTSM, eCOA, EDC, eConsent) and deliver tailored product demonstrations and solutions consultations aligned to customer requirements.
- Establish and nurture relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer vision, support new business opportunities, and drive customer success.
- Contribute to the development of proposals and commercial strategies by taking a methodical approach to sales activities, including study planning, key milestones, regulatory considerations, and financial analysis.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and commercial activities to build brand awareness, expand industry knowledge, and support lead generation.
- Develop your ability to influence direction and decisions while building credibility with stakeholders through value-driven conversations and trusted relationships.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience within Clinical Research, Life Sciences, or healthcare technology sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in a B2B commercial role, with exposure to selling technical solutions to pharmaceutical organizations, CROs, or biotech companies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex eClinical solutions effectively to diverse audiences — both technical and non-technical.
- Project coordination mindset with ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Regulatory, and Operations to achieve shared success.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time to meet internal and external stakeholders, attend customer sites, and participate in industry events.
- Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to work within cross-functional teams to support proposal development, sales cycles, and customer delivery.
- Developing business acumen with analytical skills, learning agility, and comfort making decisions based on available information and professional experience.
- Collaborative team player who contributes positively to team dynamics and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.

Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems.
- Willingness to develop mentoring and coaching skills, with interest in supporting junior team members.
- Experience working in a matrix reporting structure across commercial and operational functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
