Skills And Competencies

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, go-to-market strategy, or commercialisation within financial services, software, data, analytics, or technology, required to independently lead complex solution portfolios
  • Proven ability to develop messaging and positioning that translates complex products, data, analytics, and workflows into differentiated customer value propositions
  • Demonstrated experience leading go-to-market plans for launches, releases, and migrations across Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
  • Strong sales enablement expertise, including presentations, demonstrations, customer-facing collateral, proof points, and readiness content
  • Experience using market research, customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and performance data to strengthen positioning and go-to-market execution
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and lead cross-functional initiatives independently
  • Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, Economics, Technology, or a related discipline required

Responsibilities

  • Own solution positioning, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement to drive adoption, differentiation, and growth.
  • Own messaging and positioning for assigned solutions, translating complex capabilities into compelling customer value propositions and market-ready narratives
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for launches, releases, enhancements and migrations, defining target audiences, objectives, success measures, and readiness requirements
  • Partner across Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate product roadmaps into commercialisation plans and deliver market readiness
  • Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, demonstrations, solution briefs, customer stories, competitive content, and readiness guidance
  • Develop customer proof points and synthesise customer, competitor, analyst, and market insights to strengthen positioning and go-to-market strategy
  • Own product-centric content strategy, creating and activating solution content and narratives across the customer journey
  • Monitor content and enablement performance, using engagement, conversion, commercial outcomes, and stakeholder feedback to guide optimization
  • Maintain accurate, relevant, and discoverable product content across digital channels, search engines, and generative AI experiences

About The Team

Our Moody’s Analytics Banking Solutions Marketing team serves as the narrative authority for Moody's banking products and solutions, developing messaging and positioning and driving commercialisation through go-to-market planning, sales enablement, market intelligence, and customer proof points. The team responsibly uses artificial intelligence, customer insights, and performance data to improve research, content effectiveness, and go-to-market decisions. By joining our team, you will help bring Moody's data, analytics, software, and workflow solutions to market and partner with product, commercial, and marketing leaders to drive adoption, differentiation, and growth.
